I never knew bald could be so adorable (no offense, Anneke, I was bald until I was 2 and now have more hair than my 4 brothers combined).
Happy Birthday gorgeous girl! We have that same dress but also bought the leggings to go with it. it is really cute.
She is truly adorable and always SUCH a happy girl! I can't wait until she can run around with all the other little people!
