Santa 2009
On Christmas eve we arrived at Macy's at 9:00 a.m. to see Santa. Anneke had a great time except for the 60 seconds we tried to get a good Santa picture. What you see below is the result. We think it is a pretty good Santa picture.

classic. love the santa pics! anneke's expression captures the true feelings our kiddos have for santa as well - except we can't seem to get our kiddos anywhere near his lap.

This year's Santa had a great deal stronger look of concern on his face.

Last year's Santa pic was classic mad little girl. It is my desk top screen saver during Christmas at work. This year is nearly as emotive but Santa has got that white knuckle thing going on where as last year Santa had a more resigned countenance. This year Santa apprears to have that "startled raindeer in the headlights" look.
Santa said "She will be an opera singer some day!" I feel sorry for anyone who has to endure the high pitched scream Anneke can produce.
I think it's safe to say that Anneke is NOT warming up to Santa as the years go by...
Next year she may have him in a head lock!
